Jia finishes her contract with JYP

Another member of a K-pop group has left.
JYP Entertainment announced today that Jia, 27, has left girl group miss A after her contract expired.
She did not renew her contract with JYP Entertainment while Fei, another member of miss A, inked a new agreement.
Jia debuted as one of the two Chinese members of miss A in 2010. The contracts of two other members, Suzy and Min, will expire next year.
With Jia’s departure, only three members are left in miss A.
Miss A’s last album was “Colors,” which was released in March last year. Since then, members have focused on their individual activities.
Last year, Jia appeared in the Chinese movie “The Third Way of Love,” which starred Korean actor Song Seung-heon and Chinese actress Liu Yifei.
Suzy has focused on her career as an actress. Her next project is the drama “Uncontrollably Fond” with actor Kim Woo-bin.
Last month, Minzy left 2NE1. In August last year, Sulli quit K-pop group f(x) to pursue a solo career.
